A notary agent prevents fraud by being there during the signing of important documents and making sure that the signers are who they are claiming to be and are in fact signing by their own accord.

A Notary Public is a state-appointed official responsible for helping prevent fraud and ensuring the proper execution of important documents. Duties include verifying the identity of signers, witnessing signatures, administering oaths and affirmations, completing acknowledgments and jurats, and ensuring documents are signed willingly and properly.

As a Loan Signing Agent, responsibilities also include facilitating the signing of real estate and loan documents, guiding clients through loan packages, ensuring signatures and initials are completed accurately, and returning completed documents promptly and securely to title companies, lenders, or signing services.

As a Wedding Officiant, services may include performing and officiating wedding ceremonies, signing and completing marriage license documents in accordance with Florida law, and creating personalized ceremonies tailored to each couple’s preferences and vision for their special day.

Notaries are necessary when you are preparing a legally binding document. Notary agents make your signature official by bearing witness of you being in fact there and signing the document on good will.

Normally a Florida driver license, ID card, passport, or driver license from another state. If you don’t have those available, do call us to confirm if your ID is valid for notarizing purposes.

1. Except for the Notarial phrase and, of course, signature lines, all forms must be completed. 
2. Please double-check all papers for proper name spelling and dates.
3. At the time of signing, you must have a valid form of identification with you

I provide convenient mobile notary services at a location that works best for you, whether that be your home, workplace, restaurant, nursing facility, hospital, airport, or federal, state, and county correctional facilities. My goal is to make the notarization process as accessible and stress-free as possible.

Services are primarily offered throughout the Greater Orlando area, including Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties, as well as surrounding communities such as Belle Isle, Apopka, Kissimmee, and Altamonte Springs. I do not provide on-site notary services at this time because I am a mobile notary. Having said that, I do have a mailing address, which I can provide if needed. 

I accept payments through, Venmo, ApplePay, Zelle, cash, and cheques. I can also provide invoices upon request.
